1. Goods Delivered in a Single Shipment
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Exclusion and Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements;
-
the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
-
the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts concerning:

the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
-
the supply of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
2. E-books and Other Digital Content Not Supplied on a Physical Medium

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Immediate Delivery
In the case of a paid e-book or other digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires if:

we have begun performing the contract and providing the digital content;
-
you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired;
-
you have confirmed that you understand that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins; and
-
we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, for example by email, recording your consent and acknowledgement of the loss of your right of withdrawal.
Once these requirements have been met and the e-book has been made available for immediate download, you no longer have a right of withdrawal.

3. Subscriptions
Some of our products may be ordered as a subscription. With a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries for the subscription term and at the frequency you selected.
Cancellation
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time without giving any reason. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Any deliveries that have already been paid for and are being processed will still be fulfilled; no further deliveries will be made after that.
You can cancel your subscription directly through your customer account under “Manage subscription.”
Changes
You may change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, from which you can manage your subscription.
Payment
Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is charged separately when it is processed. No further payments will be charged after your subscription has been cancelled.
