Shipping Costs

We ship to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands with DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order.

Parcel shipping rates are determined by DHL and may therefore be higher, particularly for deliveries to Austria and the Netherlands.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €100.

Delivery Times

Germany: usually 3–5 business days

All other countries: 3–12 business days

We dispatch parcels twice a week.

Shipping Methods and Materials

We ship carbon-neutrally using DHL GoGreen.

A large proportion of our shipping boxes and packaging materials come from deliveries to our restaurants. We carefully reuse these materials whenever possible.

Our new boxes, packing tape and shipping labels are made from recycled paper and grass paper.
