Subscriptions

Some of our products can be ordered as a subscription. With a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries at your chosen subscription duration and frequency.

Cancellation

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time without giving reasons. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Deliveries that have already been paid for and are being processed will still be carried out; further deliveries will be cancelled. You can cancel your subscription directly in your customer account under "Manage Subscription".

Changes

If you want to change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription.

Payment

Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is billed separately at the time of processing. No further payments will be collected after cancellation.
